Shangyi warehouse has two plots, A and B. Plot A is a standard workshop, with an area of about 40,000 square meters, including staff dormitories and a canteen. Plot B is divided into two parts. The rental area of the warehouse is 13,000 square meters, which is mainly used for storing decorative materials such as timber and floors. The other part is under construction, whose function is to build standard factories, research centers, staff dormitories and commercial facilities, etc. After completion, factories and research centers will be leased to surrounding relocation enterprises and small enterprises.

Wenzhou Timber Group Company, a key state-owned company in Wenzhou city, was founded in the May of 1991. It merged with Wenzhou Industry Investment Group under the provisions of the integrative recombination of the state-owned property in the December of 2010.
